Neopost Service tops poll

Neopost Customer Service scores high

In a recent survey carried out on behalf of Neopost Ireland, the Neopost Service Department were top of the class when it came to their courtesy, problem resolution and prompt reply to calls.

Over 3000 Neopost Customer's were asked to participate and all completed surveys were entered into a draw to win tickets for a Rugby International at the Aviva Stadium, Dublin.

 

 

The *results were oulined as follows:

1. Was your call answered promptly by the Neopost Helpdesk?
    94% said yes

2. How would you rate the Neopost Helpdesk on the following:
    Ability to resolve your issue -         77% said excellent / very good
    Prompt resolution of your issue  -  79% said excellent / very good
    Courtesy -                                   83% said excellent / very good

3.  If you received a visit from a Neopost Service Engineer, was your issue resolved to your satisfaction?
     91% said yes

4. How would you rate the Neopost Serivce Engineers on the following:
    Ability to resolve your issue -         81% said excellent / very good
    Prompt resolution of your issue  -   78% said excellent / very good
    Courtesy -                                   83% said excellent / very good

Speaking in response to the tremendous results, Neopost Service Director, Ronnie Russell, said, "it's a  great result for a team of professionals that really deserve it." 

"All too often", continues Russell, "a company focuses on those departments responsible for revenue streams and not enough on the departments that maintain commitments to high standards and quality service." 
"The expectations of our existing customers is a high priority for us, it is now imperative that we maintain these standards we have set as when you are on the top it is too easy to slip down".
